In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer you the correct price or a full refund.

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a suspected fraud, or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for express shipping.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Delivery charges for orders below this threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to your specified address.

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@curick.in within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, used, or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare or haircare product. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours.

Curick shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects arising from product use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.

Our products are dermatologist-tested; however, individual skin types and sensitivities vary.
